Summer Burn 5K

The inaugural Summer Burn 5K brings a burst of energy to the season with a course designed to spark momentum and celebrate movement in the warm summer months. Runners and walkers will come together for a spirited community event that highlights sunshine, strength, and the joy of pushing forward with purpose.

This first‑year event proudly supports the Cradic Cartwright Brain Alliance, helping raise awareness and funding for families impacted by Glioblastoma. Proceeds and donations from the Summer Burn 5K will help provide support for families facing the challenges of this disease while also contributing to ongoing research efforts focused on finding better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

This year’s race will take place at Johnson City Brewing Co, creating a lively gathering space where participants can enjoy post‑race celebrations. The evening will feature local vendors, live music, and a welcoming atmosphere that brings the community together long after the finish line.
