🌴 RUN FOR LOVE: The 4-Week Challenge Inspired by Love Island

Hot new challenge just entered the villa… and it’s calling your name! Inspired by the hit show Love Island, this playfully fun four-week walking or running challenge is all about moving your body, having a laugh, and maybe even finding your “type on paper” (or at least a good playlist). Register anytime in July — your four weeks start the moment you do! Choose from two options: $20 for the challenge or $40 with a custom Bella + Canvas tee. You’ll receive a personalized digital bib, weekly finisher badges, and access to our in-person Love Island watch parties at Yee-Haw Brewing. Join us from anywhere in the world (virtually, of course) and get ready to sweat, flirt, and tag your way to glory. 🏃‍♀️🌴👟

Go big or go home — includes everything: Weekly Challenges, Digital Bib, Completion Badges, Run for Love Magnet, and your exclusive Bella + Canvas Tee.

How will I receive my items?

    1. Within 24 hours of you signing up, you will receive a text message welcome from us along with instructions.
    2. If you ordered a shirt, we will sent to you within two weeks.
    3. Please post photos on your social media using #TheGooseChase or posting in our Facebook Walking Group
    4. If you do win one of our prizes, we will make arrangements with you on pickup or mailing item.
    5. Each week upon completion,  you will receive a digital badge.  This will be sent by text or email.

Join us for a four-week challenge that blends movement and mocktails into the perfect summer vibe. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned strider, you’ll receive weekly mileage goals (with three difficulty levels), a digital tracker, and fun finisher badges to keep you motivated. Each week also unlocks a new custom mocktail recipe card delivered straight to your inbox and at the end, you’ll earn a finisher pin to show off your success.

Each week, you’ll lace up and log miles based on your selected level—Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. You’ll also receive a custom mocktail recipe, a themed badge, and a mileage tracker to help you stay on track. The challenge gets a little tougher each week, but don’t worry—you’ve got this (and a delicious drink waiting at the finish line).


WEEK 1: “Fresh Start & Citrus Spark”

  • Ease into your miles and kick things off with a refreshing citrus mocktail.

  • 🌴 Focus: Build consistency

  • 🔥 Bonus: Take a sunrise or sunset stroll and snap a pic!

WEEK 2: “Step It Up & Berry Boost”

  • We increase the challenge—just a bit.

  • 🍓 Fuel up with a berry-based fizz and double down on your stride.

  • 🏃‍♀️ Bonus: Invite a friend for one of your walks or runs.

WEEK 3: “Find Your Flow & Mojito Mojo”

  • You’re officially in the groove now!

  • 🌿 This week’s minty-cool recipe will keep you fresh as you rack up those miles.

  • ✨ Bonus: Share your favorite walking or running spot with us!

WEEK 4: “Finish Strong & Sunset Sipper”

  • The final stretch! Let’s hit those personal goals.

Record your mileage by pen and paper.  Simply log your mileage on our Log Sheet and email it to us. walktennessee@gmail.com or info@thegoosechase.org
