Two Great Spring Challenges

What is this?

Our Step Into Spring Challenge is a fun and motivating way to shake off the winter blues and get moving! This challenge encourages participants to set personal step goals, stay active, and embrace the fresh energy of spring. Whether you’re walking, running, or simply moving more each day, it’s all about building healthy habits while staying connected with a supportive community. Join us as we step into a new season with energy, motivation, and a little friendly competition! 🌸👟 #StepIntoSpring

How It Works:

• Week 1: Baseline Week – Set a personal daily step goal based on your current activity level.

• Week 2: Add 1,000 extra steps per day.

• Week 3: Add another 1,000 steps and incorporate at least 2 “power walks” (brisker pace).

• Week 4: Final Push – Aim for your highest step count yet, incorporating inclines or longer walks.

Bonus Challenge:

Easter Egg Hunt challenges throughout the month.  These will be announced prior to the hunts through our Facebook group

Whether you’re walking solo or with friends, this challenge is the perfect way to stay active, discover hidden gems in your city, and celebrate the season. Ready to move, explore, and win?     2. If you ordered a shirt, they will be sent to you within two weeks.

    4. If you do win one of our prizes, we will make arrangements with you on pickup or mailing item.

Where goals are scored and crowds may cheer,

A winding path draws walkers near.

Beside the field, where athletes play,

An egg awaits just off the way!

Clue 3

With mountains in view and pups at play,

This park brings joy to any day.

Slides and swings, or a tail that wags—

Look near the fun, where the Easter egg lags!

Clue 4

Letters get sorted just down the way,

But nature calls where the green paths lay.

By the stream where walkers roam,

An Easter egg has found its home!

Clue 5

Where traffic waits for red or green,

And money moves behind the screen,

Near the path where walkers go,

An egg is tucked down low!

Clue 6

Bright blue building, fries piled high,

Hot dogs served as cars zoom by.

Across the street, where walkers turn,

An egg is hidden—can you discern?

Hop along where the green path bends,

Behind the place where tails wag and friends blend.

Near trees that whisper and grass so wide,

An egg is hidden where walkers glide.

By PetSmart’s back, where the creek might gleam,

Look low and leafy—it’s not just a dream!

Craving a coffee? You’re close, no doubt,

But head out back—take the greener route.

Where walkers wander and quiet streams flow,

An egg is waiting where grasses grow.

Behind the beans and caffeine rush,

Look for a spot that’s calm and hush.

Gobble, gobble, lace your shoes,

This spot sees runners shake off the snooze.

Thanksgiving morning, it’s quite the scene,

Where the Turkey Trot begins, crisp and keen.

Find the place where the race takes flight—

Your Easter egg’s hidden just right!

Near Lauderdale Lane, where the breezes blow.

By the crossing sign, take a peek with care,

Past Derthick Loop, you’ll find some room.

A trail winds quiet, a secret to keep,

Toward the gazebo, where trees softly sleep.

Look off the path, don’t rush or beg—

You just might spot a hidden egg!

Felines welcome, or so signs say,

Where paws and feet both find their way.

On Tweetsie’s path, as you head along,

Toward Milligan Depot, you can’t go wrong.

Near “All Cats on the Trail,” take a peek,

An egg is hidden—go on, sneak!

Clue 13 

The depot stands where travelers rest,

Milligan’s charm at its very best.

But peek past the platform, don’t make a rush,

Your egg is hiding in the landscape brush.

Tucked in green, not far from the trail—

Find it fast and you’ll prevail!

Where chocolate met graham and marshmallows, too,

Runners once finished with a sugary view.

Along the Tweetsie, where cheers would arise,

The end of the S’mores Run held quite the prize.

Return to that spot, let memories tug—

You’ll find your egg near where runners once hugged!

Near Isaiah House the egg will hide.

In the brush, not far from the race’s song,

Look low where the quiet twigs belong!
