What is this?

The entire goal of the Walking Challenge is to simply get our community moving and what is the easiest form of exercise…WALKING!  Our goal is that this will be a motivational tool to help you achieve a better YOU in 2024.  Plus, we don’t want you to do this alone.  This challenge is for you and at least 3 other friends to walk together to meet the goal of walking 2,024 miles within the next six months.

Our goal is that through this program, you can find help and encouragement from us and others to do better for yourself in a new year while enjoying all the fun events that we bring to the community.

Time Frame

This six month challenge is January 21 – July 21, 2024.

To be entered into the drawings, groups will need to submit miles by July 21.

Where or how do I submit our group mileage?

Old School: Record your group mileage by pen and paper.  Simply write down everyone’s mileage is week and drop off completed form to Memorial Park Community Center by June 21.  PDF FORM

Other App Options: Strava

E-mail: Take a photo or screenshot of your Garmin, Apple Watch or other app and email it to us at info@thegoosechase.org.  We would like a weekly update if possible.  Please include your team name in the email.
