Every year, the Turkey Trot has hundreds of volunteers helping with all aspects of the event. Please consider volunteering to help make this year’s race a special come back.

Virtual Option

How a Virtual Race Works
A virtual race gives you the freedom to complete the event on your own terms—whether that’s in your neighborhood, at the gym, on a treadmill, or even at home. Simply track your run or walk using your GPS watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or a running app on your phone. Then take a photo or screenshot of your results and send it to us. Once we receive it, we’ll log your completion and include you in the official results. It’s that easy!

How You’ll Get Your Race Items
You’ll still receive all the fun race swag—like your t-shirt, medal, and awards! You have three options to get your items:

  1. Pick up at packet pickup during the normal times.

  2. Have it mailed (just cover the shipping & handling fee—payment can be sent via Venmo).

  3. Local pickup at Natural Foods Market (we’ll text or email you when your packet is ready, and you can grab it at your convenience).

  • You can have someone pick up your packet for you
  • You can transfer your entry to someone else
  • You can switch to the virtual option and turn in your virtual race time at a later time, and still receive the shirt and medal.
  • You can defer to the next year

If none of these options work for you and a refund is still needed, please feel free to contact us at info@thegoosechase.org
