** THIS IS A FUN RUN AND WILL BE AN UNTIMED EVENT ***
This is an un-timed event so when lining up at the start line go to the corral that is your running pace. If you do not know your running pace, go to the back of the line. If you are planning on walking, skipping, or fox-trotting the race, great…but stay to the right side of the path so runners can pass you on the left.

Parking is available around the park and throughout the Johnson City downtown district.
Water will be in the parking lot of the Juvenile Court on E. Myrtle Ave near Mile 2.
Start/Finish will be at King Common’s Park.
Volunteers Needed!
Don’t want to run or walk but still want to be involved with this great event…Volunteer! We need approximately 50 energetic individuals to assist us with packet pickup, course marshaling, the water station, and with the post race activities. If you are available, we would love to have you. *** Make the most of the experience and dress in your best Wizard of Oz attire.
How a Virtual Race Works
A virtual race gives you the freedom to complete the event on your own terms—whether that’s in your neighborhood, at the gym, on a treadmill, or even at home. Simply track your run or walk using your GPS watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or a running app on your phone. Then take a photo or screenshot of your results and send it to us. Once we receive it, we’ll log your completion and include you in the official results. It’s that easy!
How You’ll Get Your Race Items
You’ll still receive all the fun race swag—like your t-shirt, medal, and awards! You have three options to get your items:
Pick up at packet pickup during the normal times.
Have it mailed (just cover the shipping & handling fee—payment can be sent via Venmo).
Local pickup at Natural Foods Market (we’ll text or email you when your packet is ready, and you can grab it at your convenience).
