What is this?

Our Step Into Spring Challenge is a fun and motivating way to shake off the winter blues and get moving! This challenge encourages participants to set personal step goals, stay active, and embrace the fresh energy of spring. Whether you’re walking, running, or simply moving more each day, it’s all about building healthy habits while staying connected with a supportive community. Join us as we step into a new season with energy, motivation, and a little friendly competition! 🌸👟 #StepIntoSpring

Along with your box of Sweethearts candy, you’ll also receive a card outlining how many miles you’ll need to complete based on the color of the candy hearts you choose. The card will break down the distances for each category—beginner, weekend warrior, or active athlete—so you’ll know exactly how much to challenge yourself each day. Simply pick a heart from your box, check the color, and follow the mileage on your card for that day’s goal. It’s a fun, easy way to stay on track while enjoying a sweet treat!

*We do plan on having monthly challenges throughout the year.  Our next one will be announced February 24th.

Questions???

This is truly the honor system at this point.  We are working on an app but it is not ready yet.  If the team captain can simply track using this form, that would be great.
