- Assist with route design and race concept
- Recommend course layout including start/finish location

- Volunteer Management
- Pinpoint volunteer needs and solicit individuals from the community to assist
- Create an online recruiting tool and management system
- Manage pre-race meeting and material preparation for the volunteers
- On-site management for packet pickup and race day
- Manage day of event logistics and race management
- Directional marking of the 5k course
- Stage the start, finish and 5k chute including any sponsor banners
- Locate and setup a hydration station along the course
- Provide team leaders for the following event times
- Two team leaders for the packet pickup and setup
- Seven team leaders for race day management
- Oversee marketing and promotions of the event
- Submit race information to online event calendars
- Distribute marketing material to area races
- Deliver posters to area restaurants/gathering places
- If requested, create and manage social media accounts
- Creation of an event webpage (housed within The Goose Chase company site)
- If requested, purchase of an event specific domain address (reimbursement required)
- The site will consist of event specific information
- Supervise the creation, design, ordering and distribution of marketing material as well as participant items
- Signage & Promotion
- Complimentary The Goose Chase signage is available to borrow
- Custom signage is at the discretion of the client
- Assist with registration procedures (online and print)
- Work with timing company on setup and management
- Setup proper links to the webpage for registration and results
- Coordinate with local Police, Traffic and Emergency Services for course safety

Up to 500 participants, $1 per participant over that amount
50% deposit upon signed agreement and the remaining agreed upon amount to be paid at the conclusion of the race.
The remaining fee will be paid within 15 business days past the event
Consulting Package – $3,000

Event Consulting Package includes
- Assist with route design and race concept

- Coordinate with local officials and medical services
- Provide guidance on course markings and signage
- Generic Mile Markers and directional signage available upon request to borrow
- Custom Mile Markers and directional signage available upon request to purchase
- Locate hydration stations along the course
- Assist with determining the amount of water to provide
- Consult with event logistics
- Locate packet pickup location and hours
- If requested, obtain bids for event needs as described in the “Notes” below

*It is requested that consulting package fee be paid upon completion of the signed agreement.
Sponsorships and Commissions
- 25% of cash sponsorships, 10% of the value of the in-kind sponsorships and 5% of the value of the media sponsorships
- In-kind sponsorships include: donations of food, beverage, door prizes, event items, billboards, coasters, etc…
- Media sponsorships include: television, print media, radio, blog promotions and advertisements.
- The value of all non-cash sponsorships will be determined by the business donating the items and the value will be recorded by written/e-mail correspondence with that business
- Commission is to be paid for the sponsorships that are solicited by The Goose Chase. the client will pay no commission on the sponsorships that are provided by the client. In the situation where both parties are involved, the commission is split equally.
Equipment & Promotional Items
We have a variety of items that can be rented from us to assist you to a successful event. If you need items delivered, we can make arrangements but a delivery fee will be applied.
We are a full service promotional company and can assist your organization with participant shirts, medals, custom awards, participant bags and brand awareness items. Please let us know how we can assist you.
